Inside sources have told Flip The Strip that RuPaul’s Drag Race Live will take over the Paris Theater this December.

RuPaul’s Drag Race television show has been a consistent performer for VH1, as it recently completed its 11th season. Since originally airing in 2009, the TV show has earned nine Emmy awards.

Las Vegas has become a home to many of the show’s former stars, including India Ferrah, Shannel and former Flip The Strip guest Coco Montrese.

RuPaul’s Drag Race Live will breathe new life into the Paris Theater, an opulent showroom that has been hit with a string of underperforming shows and has been largely vacant since the short-lived “I Love the 90s” residency closed in late 2018.

Both “Inferno” and “Marilyn! The New Musical” were also housed in the theater last year, with the latter failing to find an audience, forcing it to be shelved after just 23 shows.
