LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Clark County is creating a community-driven land use and transportation plan that will guide future development in the Stadium District around Allegiant Stadium.

This plan, which will incorporate employment and entertainment options as well as transportation alternatives, will help guide the community and economy of the surrounding area, while promoting safety, quality of life and sustainability.

As a part of this study, the County is currently seeking public input through an online survey to identify and characterize the community’s vision for the Stadium District, including the overall concept, options for public transit and pedestrian safety, future land use, economic development, and landscaping. To participate, please visit:

The survey will remain open until November 30, 2019.

“It is important that we hear from business owners, residents and all stakeholders as we move forward,” said Commissioner Michael Naft, who represents Commissioner District A, which includes the stadium and surrounding area.
