LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - The Wynn Resort will be the first hotel on the strip to reivive its buffet since casinos were allowed to reopen back on June 4th. But it's not the buffet you'd remember.

The buffet will be opening back up on Thursday. Yes, it's still an all-you-can-eat concept, but insread of the diner bellying up to various stations to load up their plate, Wynn is tweaking the concept a bit.

When diners arrive at the buffet, they will receive a menu with 90 or so items on it. They'll then order from a server and the server will bring them the food. Wynn Resorts says diners may order again and again for up to two hours.

Wynn Resorts official also say that instead of paying up front, diners will pay as they leave. This is being done to speed up the process when people arrive so that lines don't get too long and social distancing protocols are at risk. Reservations will also be required.

The buffet will reopen with health and safety guidelines including physical distancing, touchless technologies, as well as disposable single-use and QR code downloadable menus.
