Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - UNLV's football season will be short another game, as officials canceled this Friday's home game against Boise State. Word came down late Wednesday afternoon from the teams and Mountain West conference, saying the game will not be made up.

"Based on guidance from medical personnel and epidemiologists, Friday’s football game between UNLV and Boise State has been canceled and will not be rescheduled. Both medical teams have been in communication in order to understand the full picture of COVID issues in our region."

This is the second game of the season pulled from the Rebels.  A game at Colorado State on November 21 was scrubbed due to contact tracing within the UNLV program.  The Rebels are 0-5 on the season and will play at Hawaii in the season finale on December 12.
