Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - The UNLV Runnin' Rebels are idle as reports of a positive COVID test within the men's basketball program Tuesday have shut down in-person operations. UNLV says upcoming weekend games against Wyoming in Laramie to start conference play will be postponed.  Head coach T.J. Otzelberger tweeted out he had tested positive for COVID.

UNLV's last game was on December 5 in a win over Kansas State. UNLV isn't scheduled to play until January 2 at home against San Diego State.
