LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Three stores inside the Fashion Show on the Strip have been fined for failing to comply with the state’s coronavirus safety protocols.
Sak’s 5th Avenue, Forever 21 and Shiekh Shoes were all fined the same amount, just over 85-hundred dollars.
The stores had been warned previously by investigators with OSHA, warnings that were deemed unheeded the next time inspectors came around.
Businesses can face a loss of their license to do business if violations continue to occur.
