LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - A shopping center in the southeast Valley was evacuated Monday morning after employees called police to report a suspicious device.

Employers of the Savers store at Tropicana and Eastern were taking things out of a donation bin when they noticed the item. The item was part of a bunch of things that were received from an unnamed apartment complex.

Police, while not saying exactly what the item was, said it looked 'realistic' enough that they chose to evacuate the area.

After a couple of hours, the item was deemed harmless and it was back to business as usual.
