LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Police in Minnesota have arrested a man thought responsible for shooting and killing a man near Apex on February 28th.

60 year-old Mark Doocy is currently awaiting extradition back to Nevada. He was arrested at a truck stop in Warner Township, Minnesota Wednesday morning when a deputy running Doocy's vehicle plate got a hit that he was wanted for murder.

Police say that Doocy shot and killed his employer after the two got into an argument behind Love's Truck stop off of I-15 and U.S. 93.

Investigators say that the victim and his wife lived in a trailer behind the truck stop, and employed Dorsey to do some odd jobs for them.

Details of how the argument escalated into a shooting have yet to be released.
