LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Residents in Nevada can expect their coronavirus relief money soon if they haven't already gotten it.

The Internal Revenue Service said that the first round of stimulus payments were deposited into bank accounts on Saturday.

Officials went on to say that they will continue issuing payments as fast as they can.

People with an income of up to 75-thousand dollars per year will receive up to 12-hundred dollars, and 24-hundred will be given married couples making up to 150-thousand dollars per year.

The state's Attorney General, Aaron Ford, recently came out with a warning for residents, telling them to be on the lookout for scams involving those checks. You can read that warning here.
