University President Marta Meana notified students and staff about the note in an email Monday

The note references Wednesday, and even though the threats have been deemed not credible, some teachers have canceled classes as a precaution. Others have told students they are welcome to miss class should they be too afraid to attend. Some students say they've had their mid-term exams postponed until next week.
