Urges Nevadans Returning From Out Of State To Self-Quarantine

LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - A travel advisory is now in effect in Nevada in an effort to stop the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

Governor Steve Sisolak issued the advisory yesterday, which asks visitors and residents to avoid public places and contact with people not in their household. The advirsory is not considered a direct order, just a strong suggestion.

Visitors are also being asked to self-isolate for 14 days or for the remainder of their stay.

The travel advisory does not apply to healthcare, public health, public safety and other essential employees.
