Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - The 2021 dominoes have begun to fall for the Las Vegas convention industry.

Friday morning, it was announced that the SHOT show (Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor and Trade) would be taking a pass on their scheduled convention next January due to cronoavirus pandemic safety concerns.

The convention was supposed to happen January 19th-21st at the Sands Expo and Caesars Forum convention centers. The group has already announced dates for 2022 (January 18th-21st)

The 2020 SHOT Show had more than 1,600 exhibitors on the exhibit floor and more than 2,400 total when including the Supplier Showcase and the all-new Pop-Up Preview.
