LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Scott Gragson is facing more legal trouble following a fatal DUI crash in May.

Tuesday, three civil lawsuits were filed on behalf of the three passengers who were in Gragson's car when he crashed in his Summerlin neighborhood. The victims included a 36-year-old mother of three who was killed when she was ejected from the car.

Gragson, grandson of former Las Vegas mayor Oran K. Gragson,  was returning from a charity golf tournament put on by his employer, Colliers International. He admitted to Metro officers responding to the scene  that he had had several drinks prior to getting behind the wheel.

Prosecutors say Gragson had a blood alcohol level of nearly twice the legal limit.  He's pleaded not guilty to multiple criminal charges.  His trial is set for March.
