The Alorica cell center and the EmployNV website, which assist Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) claimants, will be down at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 22, for a system upgrade to allow for the necessary PUA payment system integration, and to conduct training with call center representatives.

The Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation says the call center and the website are expected to be back up and running at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. This outage will not impact the unemployment insurance filing site (ui.nv.gov) or the unemployment insurance call centers.
