Positive Coronavirus Cases In Nevada Nearing 5,000

LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - The number of positive coronavitrus cases in Nevada is now just over 4,800.
New numbers from the Nevada Health Response website show that there are currently 4898 positive cases statewide. That's a rise of 93 from the previous day's figures.
Most of the cases continue to be in Clark County, where the Southern Nevada Health District reports 3891 positive cases. The Southern Nevada Health District says that 196 people have died from virus-related complications in Clark County.

Among the new cases: 4 workers at Allegiant Stadium. That brings the total number of positive cases for stadium workers to 7, but construction rolls on. The stadium continues to be on schedule for a late-July completion.
Also testing positive: entertainer Roy Horn of Siegfried and Roy. A statement released regarding the 75 year old said that Roy is responding well to treatment and sends positive wishes to everyone impacted by the pandemic.
