LAS VEGAS (KXNT) - Las Vegas investigators released surveillance video and seek witnesses to an encounter on a city bus last in March that led to the death of a elderly man a month later, police announced Tuesday.

According to testimony given to police, 74 year old Serge Fournier told fellow bus passenger Cadesha Bishop to be nicer to passengers after she had been yelling profanities. The video shows Bishop pushing Fournier off the bus at a stop near Fremont and 13th St. The man landed on his head. At the time, Fournier denied needing any medical attention, but went to University Medical Center later that night.

The coroner's office ruled Fournier's death was caused by complications from blunt-force trauma and Metro Police then ruled his death a homicide.

Bishop is charged with murder but posted bail on Wednesday and is currently under house arrest. That bail amount was $100,000. She has a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 23rd.

Metro Police want to speak with witnesses who were on the bus when it happened. If you or anyone you know saw anything on March 21 at the intersection of Fremont and 13th Street, call Metro Police or Crimestoppers to stay anonymous at 702-385-5555.
