Nye County Courthouse Closes Due To Bedbugs
Courthouse Will Be Closed Until Tuesday

LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - The Nye County courthouse in Pahrump is taking an extra long holiday weekend thanks to an infestation of bed bugs.
Exterminators are busy removing the insects from several locations including the DA's office, the County Clerk, and the district courts. The bugs were only found in one part of the building, but officials decided to close the whole place down as a precaution.

In the meantime, the building is closed and any scheduled hearings or cases are postponed. Anyone who needs to file documents will need to visit the Nye County Clerk's office and put it in the brown dropbox
The courthouse should reopen on Tuesday.
