Metro makes arrests in deadly Central Valley fight

Incident began with squabble over a parking space

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - Metro Police have arrested two men who they say were involved in a deadly fight over the weekend.

The incident happened outside of a liquor store near Valley View and Sahara.

Police say it started when a car pulled into a parking lot and hassled a woman who was taking up two spaces.

A short time later, a second car drove up and got into it with the men who were hassling the woman.

The men in the second car then punched and knocked out the two men in the first car. One of the men who was punched, identifired as 59-year-old  Julius Bahe of Tonalea, Arizona, died from his injuries

On Monday, police arrested 33-year-old Jimmie Newson and 33-year-old Thirlon Newman. The circumstances surrounding the arrests haven't been made public yet. 

Newman faces charges of murder and battery resulting in substantial bodily harm, while Newson faces a count of murder. They're due in court on Thursday
