LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Metro Police Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting death of a man in the parking lot of a gas station at Warm Springs and Jones on Thursday night.
Police say the woman and another man were working at a food truck in the pakriing lot of a Chevron gas station.

Investigators say a second man, identified as the brother-in-law of the female food truck worker, approached the food truck and got into a verbal altercation with the woman. When he produced a gun, the woman then also produced a gun and fired the fatal shots.
Right now, no charges have been filed as the investigation continues.
Police are using witness testimony,as well as video from the scene to paint a clearer picture of how everything went down.
The names of the shooter and the victim have not yet been released.
