Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - There won't be any racing for the Vegas Motor Speedway for the rest of the 2020 season.
This includes this week’s Thanksgiving Bracket Nationals, the Dec. 5-6 Jr and Bracket Series races, the Dec. 11 O’Reilly Auto Parts Midnight Mayhem, Import Face-Off, and the U.S Legends Cars/INEX Silver State Road Course Series. pic.twitter.com/B9pzrBzITx

The decision was made because of the new statewide restrictions in place by Governor Steve Sisolak on Sunday that greatly limit the amount of people who can attend outdoor gatherings. The three week so-clled "pause" is an attempt to slow the surge of coronavirus cases in Nevada.
The cancelations begin with this weekend's Thanksgiving Bracket Nationals, and go on to include the December 11th O’Reilly Auto Parts Midnight Mayhem, Import Face-Off, and the U.S Legends Cars/INEX Silver State Road Course Series.
