LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - A new survey is out that ranks the most and least educated cities in America and it's not a list that Las Vegas will want to brag about.

The financial website WalletHub is out with a new report that measures the 150 largest metropolitan areas in the U.S. on 11 different factors. Those factors include the quality of the public school system as well as of universities, the share of adults 25 and over with a high school diploma or college degree, racial and gender education gaps, and students currently enrolled in universities.

Out of the 150 cities surveys, Las Vegas comes in at 120th. The Henderson and Paradise area were also included in the Las Vegas statistics. Reno fares better, coming in 64th.

The most educated city? Ann Arbor, Michigan, home to the University of Michigan. Ann Arbor was followed by San Joe-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara, California, the Washington D.C. area, Durham-Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and Madison, Wisconsin.

California cities make up 6 of the 10 Least Educated Cities on the list, with the Visalia-Porterville area sitting at the bottom
