LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - The Nevada Secretary of State's Office says that the June 9th primary election will be an all-mail election.

On Tuesday, Nevada Secretary Barbara Cegavske, along with 17 other county election officials, made the announcement.

All active registered voters in Nevada will be mailed an absentee ballot for the June 9th primary. Voters will be able to mark their ballot at home and then return it by mail using a postage-prepaid envelope.

At least one in-person polling location will be open in each county to allow for same-day voter registration and maximum voter access.
