Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - A judge Thursday denied a request from Mayor-Pro-Tem Stavros Anthony for a do-over in the race for the seat to represent District C on the Clark County Commission

After the original results of the election had Democrat Ross Miller winning by 10 votes, Anthony asked for a do-over, citing close to 140 discrepencies in the voting process. That request was turned down, leading to Anthony paying $80,000 out of his own pocket for a recount.

The recount added 5 more votes to Miller's total, for a winning margin of 15.

Anthony said he'll decide over the holidays what his next move will be. He hasn't ruled out taking his case to the Nevada Supreme Court, if necessary.
