LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Another band of rain will be hitting Clark County on Thursday afternoon, a heavier batch than we saw move through on Tuesday.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for Clark County beginning Thursday night, lasting into Friday afternoon.

The watch covers not only Clark County, but southern Nye County as well. Also under the Flash Flood Watch: San Bernadino County in DCalifornia and Mohave County in Arizona

The higher elevations of the Spring Mountains will get a good amount of late season snow from the system, with a Winter Weather Advisory now in place for areas above 7,500 feet

Las Vegas set a record for the most rain to fall on March 10th, with .45 of an inch recorded at McCarran Airport.

Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday and Sunday should be sunny, with highs in the mid 60s, before another round of rain moves in on Monday.
