LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Thousands were left without power overnight after fire broke out at an NV Energy substation near Decatur and Silverado Ranch.

It’s not yet known what caused the fire to start around 11:30 Thursday night. At the peak, more than 7,000 NV Energy customers were without power.

Just before 6am, the company sent out a tweet saying all power in the area had been restored.
