LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - A financial settlement has reportedly been reached between a prominent Las Vegas real estate broker and the family of a woman who was killed in a wreck caused by the man's drunken driving.

Gragson pleaded guilty to one count of DUI resulting in death and one count of DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm.
