LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - University Medical Center and Clark County are combining to provide another day of drive-thru COVID-19 testing at the Orleans Hotel and Casino today.

The testing will be done on the first floor of the west-side parking garage between 8am and 4pm.

The testing is being done by appointment only. The county says they have enough testing kits to accomodate 480 people, this after an estimated 350 showed up to get tested on Tuesday.

The county and the hospital will evaluate how the initial testing process went before deciding whether to continue the service.

Appointments can be made by going online to the COVID-19 Testing Center at www.umcsn.com

That's not the only drive thru that's doing COVID-19 testing this week. Quest Diagnostics has partnered with Walmart to begin drive through testing in North Las Vegas. That's also by appointment only between 7am and 9am on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays until further notice.

Next week, the county will also be doing testing at the Aquarius Hotel in Laughlin.
