Democrat Ross Miller defeated Republican Stavros Anthony by just ten votes, but the registrar of voters said there were enough discrepancies found to perhaps hold a do-over.
The all-Democrat commission decided to accept the results Tuesday, but the matter is over just yet.
A hearing is scheduled on behalf of Anthony on December 14th.
