LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Las Vegas took another huge blow on Tuesday when it was announced that the 2021 Consumer Electronics Show would be going all digital.

The President of the Consumer Technology Association, Gary Shapiro, released a video on Tuesday saying that because of the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus pandemic it was "just not possible" to hold an in-person event.

CES is still scheduled for the first week of January, but now those 170,000 conventioneers (based on 2020's attendance) will be taking it all in from their computer.
