LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - If you're an employee under Caesars Entertainment, not wearing a mask could get you fired.

Caesars Entertainment CEO Tony Rodio sent a memo to employees late last week that emphasized the need to wear masks and to practice social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Rodio went on to say that "failure to wear your mask at work will be grounds for termination."

An employee of Caesars recently passed away due to complications from COVID-19, becoming sick shortly after returning to work when Nevada casinos were allowed to reopen on June 4th

Before Governor Sisolak instituted a mask mandate back on June 26th, Caesars did one of their own, requiring employees, vendors, contractors and guests to wear a face mask on any of its properties.
