Former Vice President Joe Biden extended his vote lead in Nevada over President Trump with the latest update from the Secretary of State on Thursday morning.

As of 930a Thursday, Biden held an advantage of nearly 11,800 votes.  This is in contrast to the roughly 8,000 vote lead Biden had in place on Wednesday.

State law allows the count of mail ballots postmarked on or before Election Day (November 3) and received no later than 5:00 pm on November 10.  It is unknown how many ballots remain to be counted.  Turnout for the general election was 67%.

All ballots in the state must be counted by November 12.
