1-October Survivor Gates Finishes 4th

LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Just three players remain in the World Series of Poker at the Rio.

Crowd favorite and 1-October survivor Gary Gates was not one of the final three. Gates began Monday night's play as one of the final five remaining players, but was eliminated. His 4th place finish earned Gates $3 million.

The final three players are Hossein Ensan, Alex Livingston and Dario Sammartino. Ensan has 326.8 million chips, with Livingston second with 120.4 million and Sammartino third with 67.6 million. The winner will walk away with $10 million.

The tournament resumes this afternoon at 5:30, and play won't stop until a winner is crowned.
