The Foundation Assisting Seniors Was Founded To Improve The Quality Of Life For Local Seniors

LAS VEGAS (KXNT) - The Foundation Assisting Seniors in association with The Independent Senior Foundation is hosting an Inaugural Gala on March 16 at 6 p.m. at M Resort Spa
Casino located at 12300 S. Las Vegas Blvd. in Henderson. 

“We are delighted to come together for a truly fabulous evening,” said Carol Chapman, president of The Foundation Assisting Seniors. “Our vital work for the seniors of the Las
Vegas valley depends on fundraising, and what better way to do it than an evening out supporting The Foundation Assisting Seniors.”

The event includes live and silent auctions, dinner and entertainment by Mark OToole and culminates with the presentation of the Centenarian of the Year award. Auction items include a wine tasting party for 20, private dinner for four by Chef Ken Moser, 50” LED TV, paintings by local, renowned artists, gift baskets and much more.

The Foundation Assisting Seniors was founded with the mission of improving the quality of life for the senior community by assisting them in times of illness, recovery, confinement at home, coping with the loss of a loved one and other senior challenges, as well as to provide assistance with everyday tasks such as household maintenance and transportation. Since its inception in 2002, the Foundation has responded to more than 100,000 requests for assistance services.
