LAS VEGAS (KXNT)—Jimmy Kimmel, Guns N Roses, Shania Twain... Oh My! Melinda Sheckells from Flip the Strip joined Paul Ihander of Nevada's Morning News to talk about the Vegas Nightlife!

First topic discussed was Jimmy Kimmel's new "Comedy Club" which had its grand opening over the weekend. This venue was a magnet for the A-List Celebs from California; and the opening lineup was hilarious and starstudded.

Also, Guns N Roses is back in action (yes, they still tour and make music!). The iconic band will be playing for fans on the strip in the upcoming months. For more information, make sure to tune into to Flip the Strip.

And finally, the Queen of Country & Pop herself is gracing us with her presence by starting a residency: Shania Twain. Twain is considered one of the most successful female country singers of all time. She went on to win numerous awards, along with crossing-over to Pop and topping the charts in that genre as well.

Melinda Sheckells is on Nevada's Morning News twice-a-week: Tuesdays and Fridays. And you can catch her on her show Flip the Strip which airs every Saturday from 5-6 p.m. right here on KXNT.

Listen to the full interview from today's show for more information on all the topics mentioned in this article.
