Expect Lane Restrictions And Upgrades Along St. Rose Parkway

Work Will Be Along St. Rose Parkway Between I-15 And The 215 Beltway

HENDERSON, NV (KXNT) - The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) will be repairing roadway cracks along a 7-mile stretch of east and westbound St. Rose Parkway (State Route 146) between Interstate 15 and the 215 Beltway from March 5-7 and again from March 12-14 in Henderson. Motorists can expect lane reductions through the work areas.

Department maintenance crews will be crack filling pavement with an asphalt emulsion to reduce water infiltration and reinforce the roadbed. Improvements will take place from 5 a.m. until 2 p.m. daily, Tuesday through Thursday, with crews working in a moving operation. Crack filling prevents further roadway deterioration for a smoother, safer driving experience. It’s a cost-effective maintenance solution that extends the roadway’s lifecycle.

Motorists should use caution while traveling through the work zone, heed construction signage, and take alternate detour routes, if possible. NDOT works with Waze to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but unscheduled construction changes, closures, and restrictions are possible due to weather or other factors. For the latest state highway conditions, visit or call 511 before driving.
