CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — With less than a week to go until the election, almost 600,000 Clark County voters have already returned their ballots.

Election officials in Clark County said just under 28,000 cast their ballots on Wednesday, the highest single-day total since last Friday. Overall, just over 300,000 Clark County residents have voted in-person since early voting began back on October 17th. The overall vote turnout, including mail-in ballots, is nearly 600,000. 

Early voting centers will remain open until October 30th.
